History

Nova Diamant AB is a Swedish company started 2000 and located in Uppsala. The first product was a technology/equipment to deposit CVD diamond on mechanical seals. Diamond coated seals are now available to the market giving a new level of performance. Our latest R&D have rendered a large improvment in terms of increast PV values and reliability.  Nova Diamant now work on different projetcs based in close cooperation with partners.

 

Resourses

Except our internal resources for diamond coating and simulation (mechanical and flow) we have access to all the analysis and process equipment from the Angstrom laboratory. That include numeral electron microscopes, optical microscopes, metrology, material analysis and material processing/coating technology. A close cooperation is also maintained with the tribomaterial group at Uppsala University.
